In no region of Russia do teachers work an average of one job

In only eight Russian regions, teachers work at 1.4 percent or less. This follows from the monitoring of the Teacher trade union, which was conducted on the basis of a statistical observation form, the data of which is posted annually by the Ministry of Education on its website.
At a meeting of the Council of Legislators of the Russian Federation, Education Minister Sergei Kravtsov said on April 28 that the agency was rationing the workload of teachers so that it averaged 1.4 hours, or 5-6 lessons.
According to monitoring, 1.23-1.4 percent of the country's rates are in Ingushetia, Mordovia, Moscow, Belgorod Region and Chechnya.
Teachers work at 1.98-1.8 rates in 15 more regions, most of all in the Khabarovsk Territory, the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, the Omsk and Kemerovo Regions, and the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
And teachers in Udmurtia work with the maximum workload in the country — at 2.03 rates.
