Sergeant Igor Andrianov was carrying out the task of holding the defense on one of the important sections of the line of contact when he noticed a sabotage and reconnaissance group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) nearby. The Russian Ministry of Defense on Wednesday, April 30, reported on the exploits of Russian military personnel in the area of a special military operation (SVO).

The AFU group, as the Russian fighters managed to notice, was armed with small arms and grenade launchers. Andrianov quickly determined the coordinates of the enemy's location and transmitted the information to the Russian gunners. Having aimed the guns at the target with the help of Andrianov, who took up the adjustment of fire, the servicemen opened artillery fire on the AFU group. As a result, the sabotage plan was thwarted.

The Russian Defense Ministry also noted the courage and bravery of Private Vitaly Kharlampyev, who carried out the task of transporting ammunition to the combat area at night. The delivery of ammunition to the destination was successful, however, in the process of unloading ammunition, the car was attacked by Ukrainian FPV drones.

Kharlampyev himself and one of the servicemen who helped with unloading were injured as a result of the explosion of the ammunition dropped from the drone. The private quickly got his bearings and carried the victim to a shelter in a safe place, despite his own injury. Kharlampyev provided first aid to the soldier and organized his evacuation to the hospital for further treatment.

Earlier, on April 29, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Private Mikhail Samonov was tasked with delivering ammunition to Russian positions near the line of contact, but on the way he was covered by enemy artillery fire.
