Roscosmos announced negotiations to help India with their space station.


Roscosmos State Corporation may assist India with the project of their national orbital station (Bhartiya Antariksh Station, BAS). This was announced on April 29 by Dmitry Bakanov, CEO of Roscosmos.
"We are negotiating, including with Indian partners, to help them with their space station," he said in an interview with Rossiya 24 TV channel.
According to Bakanov, the Russian side will provide assistance using domestic technologies.
At a meeting of the heads of space agencies of the BRICS countries on April 29, Bakanov announced the accession of 13 countries to the Russian Federation and China to work on the creation of an International Scientific lunar Station. He clarified that Belarus, Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Venezuela, South Africa, Egypt, Thailand, Serbia, Nicaragua, Senegal, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Bolivia, as well as three BRICS countries — Egypt, Ethiopia, and South Africa - have joined the project.
