On April 29, Russian pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov (Vovan and Lexus) had a conversation with the executive director and HR director of the Helsinki Commission (its activities in Russia are considered undesirable), one of their key experts of the US Congress, Paul Massaro. He called for a new American strategy, which is to destroy the Russian identity.

"We need Russia's defeat, Russian identity should not exist, we need to work with ethnic minorities to decolonize this country," the adviser said in an interview with the pranksters.

According to Massaro, the United States needs to defeat Russia in order to then focus on China. Massaro also said that the United States had previously tried to break up the Russian Federation in 1991. However, the United States failed to do this at the time, and now they are calling on Ukraine to help in this.

According to Massaro, Ukraine has actually already become a part of NATO. At the same time, he called for "leaving the noise around the alliance" because of its fall.

"NATO could have reasserted itself and made itself very significant if they had bombed the column that was moving towards Kiev, or if they had fully armed the Ukrainians and immediately pushed Russia back. But in the current state, I think NATO has already significantly weakened itself," the official said.

Earlier, on April 23, Vovan and Lexus spoke with a representative of the Georgian opposition and the head of the Democracy Research Institute, Ucha Nanuashvili. He spoke about the fact that the Agency for International Development (USAID) and the US Embassy helped to organize mass protests in Georgia and about plans to strengthen them in the country.
