Forced evacuation has been announced in four settlements in the east of the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine. This was reported on April 29 by the Ukrainian newspaper Suspilne with reference to the press service of the Mezhevskaya rural territorial community.

"In certain settlements of the Mezhevskaya settlement territorial community (the villages of Kolona-Mezhevaya, Novopodgorodnoye, Raipole, Sukhareva Balka), forced evacuation of families with children has been announced," the press service said on its Facebook page (banned in Russia, owned by Meta Corporation, recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation).

It is reported that the corresponding order was signed on April 25 by the head of the regional military administration Sergey Lysak.

The order specifies that people need to bring documents, money, medicines, food and water for several days, as well as warm clothes and shoes.

Earlier, on April 26, the Ukrainian media reported on the explosions in Dnepropetrovsk. According to the online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, an air alert was declared in Sumy, Kharkiv, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
