In the Belgorod region, five civilians were injured as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov on April 29.
According to him, two men were injured when a drone hit a civilian car in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka. It is specified that they independently applied to the Shebekinsky central regional hospital. One man was diagnosed with a mine explosion injury and shrapnel wounds to his head and arm, while the second victim was diagnosed with barotrauma.
Gladkov clarified that a woman was injured as a result of a drone attack on a car on a section of the Novoaleksandrovka —Stanovoe highway in the Borisovsky district. Medics took her to the hospital in serious condition and with multiple shrapnel wounds to her abdomen and shoulder. The car was damaged.
"On a section of the Krasnaya Yaruga —Otradovka highway, a drone hit a parked car. Two men who were nearby received shrapnel wounds to their legs," the governor added on the Telegram channel.
As a result of an attack by an APU drone on the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, Belgorod region, on April 27, the driver of a Gazelle belonging to an agricultural enterprise was injured. He was taken to Belgorod No. 2 with a bruised abdomen, Gladkov said.
