The court granted Evgeny Petrosyan's claim to evict his daughter from the Moscow apartment.

The court granted the claim of TV presenter and comedian Evgeny Petrosyan for eviction from the apartment of his daughter from his first marriage, Victorine. This was reported on April 29 by a correspondent of Izvestia.

It is specified that Petrosyan asked to ban his 56-year-old daughter from using an apartment in the center of Moscow and to remove her from registration.

According to the Izvestia correspondent, representatives of the Quiz did not attend the trial.

In December 2024, the comedian went to court to expel his daughter from the apartment and revoke her right to use the property. At that time, mistakes were made in the document, but in January 2025, Petrosyan filed a new lawsuit, making the necessary adjustments.

According to Evgeny's representative, the woman does not keep in touch with her father and lives in the United States. Their relationship is conflictual, as after the divorce of the presenter from the actress Elena Stepanenko, Victorina took the side of her stepmother.

Earlier, on June 30, Stepanenko appealed the court's decision on the division of jointly acquired property in the framework of the divorce proceedings with Petrosyan.
