The duties of US President Donald Trump turned out to be a "real gift" for the President of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Xi Jinping, because because of them the world questioned the reliability of the United States. This was reported by the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) on Monday, April 28.

"Trump's duties on allies are a real gift to Xi Jinping," the newspaper writes.

As indicated, such actions by the United States have allowed China to attract many countries, acting as a more reliable giant market.

The publication emphasized that the American leader himself created economic and foreign policy crises, which is why his second presidential term is unlikely to be successful.

Earlier, on April 27, the South China Morning Post (SCMP) newspaper reported that Chinese companies were moving their production to the United States in order to avoid high tariffs. According to Zhu Ning, the head of a consulting firm that helps Chinese enterprises partially relocate production to the United States, his company has received at least 100 requests to transfer business from China to the United States over the past four months.
