Almost half of Russians value a brand when buying goods on marketplaces. Another quarter of customers place orders with the same seller or select the best store for themselves on the online ordering platform. On Tuesday, April 29, Yandex Market shared the relevant data withГазета.Ru ".

According to the respondents, they pay special attention to the brand in the categories of electrical goods (42%), household products and goods (36%), clothing and footwear, children's and care products and perfumes (30% each).

At the same time, 45% of respondents said they were adding new stores to their Favorites, but only 20% ordered products from them.

According to 52% of Russians, they use the marketplace to purchase goods from a certain brand. As for the respondents' decision to re-order from the seller, this is influenced by a good experience after the first order (40%), discounts (33%) and interesting advertising (25%).

On April 23, Izvestia reviewed a survey by the Roskachestvo Center for the Study of Consumer Behavior (CIPP), which showed how citizens feel about product reviews in online stores. Thus, 43% of Russians pay attention to the reviews of other users and the rating of the product when buying. 12% only look at other users' reviews, and only 4% look at the product's rating.

On April 16, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk said that Russian marketplaces operate in almost all neighboring countries, including building warehouses and developing their infrastructure. According to him, Russia invests a lot in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
