Two suspects were detained in a 30-year-old murder in Vladivostok.

In Primorsky Krai, two suspects were detained in a murder committed in Vladivostok 30 years ago. This was announced on Tuesday, April 29, by the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) for the region.
Two men born in 1975, Viktor Berillo and Alexander Poniatowski, are charged with a crime under paragraph 102 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR ("Premeditated murder under aggravating circumstances, committed by prior agreement by a group of persons"). The materials of the criminal case were transferred to the prosecutor.
As indicated in the department, there was a conflict between the victim and Berillo. After that, the man told his friend Poniatowski about this and introduced him to the commission of the murder. He, in turn, agreed to this. The attackers developed a plan according to which Berillo had to clarify the location of the victim under the pretext of borrowing money, while his accomplice would find the murder weapon.
"So, one day in June 1995, Berillo and Poniatowski came to the victim's apartment, where the latter's roommate was, injected him with sleeping pills, tied him with a belt, turned off the light and began to wait for the victim," follows from the publication of the Investigative Committee for Primorye in Telegram.
Upon the man's return to the apartment, a fight broke out between him and Berillo, during which the attacker shot the victim twice in the chest.
The accomplices were identified thanks to the testimony of a witness to the crime. One of them was detained in the Khabarovsk Territory, and the other in Krasnodar.
On April 25, it was reported that law enforcement officers arrested until June 23 a resident of the Leningrad Region, born in 2005, who is suspected of murdering a 24-year-old policeman in Kingisepp.
