In Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region, as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), a gas pipeline and an electric transmission line were damaged. This was announced on April 28 by the head of the city district Vitaly Gura.

"In the city of Novaya Kakhovka, a gas pipeline was damaged as a result of shelling, and power lines were torn off," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to Gura, the garage, the brick fence and the pavement of the sidewalks were also damaged. In addition, he added that none of the civilians were injured due to the attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

On the same day, the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, announced that a woman had been injured in Novaya Kakhovka due to an attack by Ukrainian militants.
