The head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund stressed that it is important to establish ties with other countries, as Moscow is strong on some issues, while in others it would be "good to attract partners." On April 23, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced Russia's plans to help strengthen Africa's position and continue to develop relations with the continent. He also clarified that in the trade and economic sphere, the parties manage to successfully cooperate and implement humanitarian projects.
