The professional development program is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Construction and the Government of Russia within the framework of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" and is designed to train highly competent specialists in urban environment development, master planning and the creation of modern urban spaces.

The program includes Architects.Not only certified architects and urban planners can participate in the Russian Federation, but also sociologists, ecologists, geographers, cultural scientists, political scientists, economists, anthropologists, lawyers and specialists in the field of tourism and communications.

At the first stage of the competitive selection, candidates are required to fill out a questionnaire and submit a professional portfolio. Successful contestants will be invited to take a video interview. The final stage of the selection will be a meeting of the expert commission, which will determine the composition of the seventh stream of the leadership program.

The duration of the program is about 8 months. It includes 4 full-time modules and provides various training formats, including research trips to Russia and abroad, lectures, meetings with experts and work in project groups.
