25 accidents involving buses were recorded, in which one person was killed, and 33 more, including six children, required medical attention. The reason for 10 bus accidents was the violation of traffic rules by their drivers.

In Belgorod, an ambulance driver, following to the hospital with a patient and a medical team in the cabin, drove with special lights and sound signals on to an adjustable intersection at a traffic light forbidding signal, where he collided with a passenger car driven by a 20-year-old driver whose driving experience is less than two years. After the collision, the ambulance overturned on the roadway.

The State Traffic Inspectorate recommends that motorists be more careful on the roads of towns and cities. Special care should be taken by people driving when driving through courtyards, crossing intersections and approaching pedestrian crossings, the department reminds.
"Parents need to remember to constantly monitor the leisure time and behavior of their young children. Do not let them go outside alone, unattended, especially in the evening. In order for young road users to be better visible to drivers, it is imperative to use retroreflective elements on children's outerwear," Police Colonel Anton Belan, deputy head of the Department for Road Safety Promotion and Prevention of Child traffic Injuries at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, told Izvestia.
The State Traffic Inspectorate emphasizes that the lack of parental control over the behavior and leisure of children of preschool and primary school age often leads to injuries or deaths of young road users.
Earlier today it became known that a tour bus carrying 55 passengers overturned in the Alexandrovsky district of the Vladimir region. As a result, 17 people were hospitalized.
