According to him, this means that the state is bankrupt according to all classical financial factors. The deputy clarified that in the United States, the country's government also held talks with the World Bank. According to him, the Ukrainian side was denied a debt deferral.

Tsymbalyuk called the problems with mobilization the second challenge for Kiev.

On April 8, Candidate of Economic Sciences, financial analyst Mikhail Belyaev, shared with Izvestia that Ukraine is in a state of deep economic crisis. According to him, the state is under external control and is mired in debt, the ability to pay off which is supported by new loans.
