The sports show "Super Ninja. Children" will return to STS

The new season of the show "Super Ninja. Children" is released on STS on May 18 at 17:00. Roman Postovalov, Valeria Dergileva and Vasily Artemyev became the hosts of the program.
180 young athletes from 74 settlements of Russia and Belarus will try to conquer the 86-meter obstacle course. Schoolchildren will compete for the main title of "Super Ninja" and a prize fund of 6 million rubles, which will be shared by the three winners in three age categories (9-10 years old, 11-12 years old, 13-14 years old).
Last year, the winner of the final popular vote on the CTC website, 10—year-old Valery Shubin, unexpectedly won a ninja sports playground in his native Yaroslavl. The CTC has built a 36-meter obstacle course in the city, technically close to the track that is planned to be launched at the 2028 Summer Olympics.
"The development of youth sports is always of great importance for the education of the younger generation. And it is very important that the CTC TV channel has launched such a unique project that promotes sports, allows children to express themselves, show their physical abilities. I am sure that the project participants become examples for their peers, because their strength, agility, and will to win cannot but be admired. It is equally important that thanks to the Super Ninja project. Children" sports grounds are being built in Russia, and sports opportunities are increasing in different cities. I wish the entire project team success, and good luck to the participants," said Alina Kabayeva, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Media Group (NMG).
It is noted that every year the obstacle course in the show becomes more difficult.
"The level of young athletes has risen significantly this year and is approaching the adult participants, and in some cases even higher. Children also have more motivation, so the obstacles have become much more difficult and the rules are now like in the adult version of the show," said Yuri Prokudin, coach and judge of the project, winner of the adult version of the Super Ninja show.
Roman Postovalov, the host of the program, was surprised by the courage of the young participants on the set.
"All the kids are cool, they all came with non-childish problems. They often have a more serious attitude than adults. I felt proud of the younger generation! And there was also a cool feeling: it doesn't matter where you come from, from a village or a megalopolis, children's perseverance and determination win everything," he admitted.
In June last year, Svetlana Balanova, CEO of the National Media Group (NMG), noted that the popularity of the sports show "Super Ninja" on CTC, in which ordinary people overcome difficult challenges, demonstrates the interest of Russians in family values and in stories about heroes among us.
