As a result of an attack by drones (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Bryansk region burned down an apartment building and destroyed seven cars. This was announced on April 28 by the governor of the region, Alexander Bogomaz.

"As a result of the terrorist attack, one apartment building and an outbuilding burned down. Seven passenger cars were also destroyed by fire. Seven residential buildings were damaged, and the glazing of two apartments in an apartment building was damaged," the head of the Bryansk region said in a Telegram channel.

He added that due to the attack by militants of the Kiev regime, a fire broke out in the building of the Institute of Management and Business, as well as in a production warehouse. The fires were promptly extinguished. A construction crane was also damaged.

Bogomaz said that as a result of the attack, power supply facilities were damaged in two districts of the region. Emergency recovery work is underway there.

On the same day, the Ministry of Defense reported that air defense systems had intercepted and destroyed 115 Ukrainian drones over the past night. According to the agency, 102 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were eliminated over the territory of the Bryansk region, nine over the Crimea, two over the Kursk region and one UAV each over the territory of the Belgorod Region and the Black Sea.
