One person was killed when a bus and a truck collided in the Kaluga region.

An accident involving a truck and a bus occurred in the Medynsky district of the Kaluga region, as a result of which one person was killed and 11 others were injured. This was announced on April 28 by the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the region.

"According to preliminary data, the driver, driving a MAN car, when leaving a secondary road, did not yield to a Fiat Ducato bus moving along the main highway, which was moving towards Moscow, with passengers (10 passengers)," the agency said in a Telegram channel.

It is specified that one of the passengers of the bus was killed, the rest, including both drivers, were injured and were hospitalized.

Employees are working at the scene of the traffic accident. The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
