The crew of the Mi-28NM helicopter destroyed the temporary deployment point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The crew of the army aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) on a Mi-28NM helicopter struck a temporary deployment point for personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of responsibility of the South group of forces. This was announced on April 28 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

It is specified that before departure, the crew received the coordinates of its location. During the execution of the combat mission, the servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out a strike with a light multipurpose guided missile (LMUR) at specified points.

According to the intelligence report, the temporary deployment point of the AFU personnel was destroyed. After completing the combat mission, the crew returned to their home airfield.

"Using the example of military equipment such as the Mi-28NM, I can say that the equipment is more modernized, so it performs its tasks without problems, since it has upgraded such a complex as the BKO (Airborne Defense Complex. — Ed.), which allows you to destroy targeted targets in a larger radius. There is also an updated sighting and navigation system that allows you to hit a target at long distances," said Ruslan, a senior technician at the Mi-28NM helicopter.

These combat vehicles have proven their effectiveness during a special military operation.

On April 24, the Ministry of Defense reported that the crews of the army aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed armored vehicles and manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of responsibility of the Center group of forces. The strike group consisted of Ka-52M Alligator, Mi-28NM Night Hunter and Mi-8 helicopters. It was clarified that the helicopters were attacking with C-8 aircraft missiles.
