The archbishop spoke about the oppression of the church in Moldova

The pressure on the Moldovan church will continue, Archbishop Markell of Balti and Falesti told Izvestia.

"There will be pressure because this government has always pushed its interests in spite of the realities that exist in our lives. And now, when a lot of money is being paid for Russophobia, and we are an integral part of the Russian Orthodox Church, that's all we should expect," he said.
