A resident of Lobnya near Moscow, who was riding a scooter, beat a man to death because of a remark. This was announced on April 27 in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow region.

The incident occurred on April 23. It was previously established that there was a conflict between the men near the house on Chkalov Street. One of the locals punched the other twice in the face. The victim fell and hit his head on the asphalt.

"It was reported that an ambulance crew with injuries delivered and hospitalized a man born in 1982, who later died," the publication says on the agency's website.

Police officers found out that the attacker was a local resident of Lobnya, born in 2004. The violator was taken to the territorial department for further investigation, and all materials on the incident will be transferred to the investigative authorities.

On April 24, a resident of Podolsk, unhappy with the noise of a drunken company, shot and killed a woman. According to the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region, the shot occurred while trying to take away the man's weapon. It was clarified that after the incident, the man was beaten. A criminal case has been opened against him.
