Russian judoists won the bronze medal in the team tournament at the European Championships

On April 27, judoka from Russia became the bronze medalists of the mixed team tournament of the European Championship, which was held in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro.

Russian athletes competed in duels against Turkish judoka. Karen Galstyan, Tamara Lischenko, Mansur Lorsanov and Maria Ivanova participated in the championship from the Russian Federation. They defeated the Turkish representatives 4-0.

The Russian Judo Federation's Telegram channel called the result a good return to the team championship after a six-year hiatus.

The day before, the Russian national judo team took first place in the medal standings of the European Championship in Podgorica. The Russian Judo Federation called the corresponding result the fruit of daily work, perseverance and unity of the whole team.
