Ignat Kuzin, accused of the murder of Lieutenant General Yaroslav Moskalik, was taken to the Basmanny District Court of Moscow for the election of a preventive measure. This was announced on April 27 by the press service of the capital's courts of general jurisdiction.

"We have received information about the choice of a preventive measure for the accused of a terrorist act in Balashikha," the Telegram channel says.
