The explosion was caused by an improvised explosive device. Investigators have opened a criminal case on this fact. He is being investigated by the central office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

On Saturday, April 26, law enforcement officers detained a suspect in the murder of Muscovite Ignat Kuzin. He then confessed. According to Kuzin, in 2023 he was recruited by the Ukrainian special services.
