CBS News reported an emergency landing of a plane in Boston due to smoke

The Boeing 777 flight from Washington to London operated by British Airways made an emergency landing at the airport of the American city of Boston due to a possible collision with a bird and smoke in the cabin. This was reported on March 26 by CBS News, citing sources from the Port Authority of Massachusetts.
"A British Airways flight heading from Washington, D.C., to London on Saturday was diverted to Boston after reports of a collision with birds and smoke in the cabin," the TV channel said.
Representatives of the port authority added that the plane landed "without incident." Immediately after its landing, local engineers began to inspect the aircraft.
In addition, the United States Civil Aviation Administration (FAA) reported that an investigation will be conducted into the incident. Additional circumstances of the incident are being established.
On April 26, NewsChannel 5 reported that a small plane crashed in White County, Tennessee, and three people died as a result of the accident. The crashed aircraft was a Mooney M20TN model (Mooney Airplane Company single-engine piston aircraft).
