In Irkutsk, a driver of a foreign car hit a six-year-old child on a scooter. This was announced on April 27 by the State Traffic Inspectorate for the Irkutsk region.

"On the evening of April 26, an accident occurred near the parking area on the street of the Baikal regional center, in which a six-year-old boy was injured. According to preliminary data, the preschooler, being unattended by adults, rolled off the ramp onto the roadway on a scooter, where he collided with a Toyota Corolla Fielder car," the agency said in a Telegram channel.

It is specified that the injured child required medical assistance. Information about the incident was transferred to the juvenile affairs unit, the regional department added.
