A teenager died as a result of a fire in an apartment building in the Yaroslavl region.

A fire occurred in the boiler room of a two-story apartment building in the village of Malaya Brembola in the Pereslavsky district of the Yaroslavl region, resulting in the death of a 15-year-old teenager. This was announced on April 26 by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region.

"Today, in the village of Malaya Brembola, a fire broke out in the wooden boiler room of a two—story house. <...> Firefighters found the deceased 15-year—old boy," the press service said in a Telegram channel.

It is specified that as a result of the fire, the stairs, walls and interior decoration of the house were damaged, as well as the extension of the building completely burned out. The fire area was 16 square meters. m. 10 specialists and three pieces of equipment worked at the site. Additional circumstances of the incident are being established.

On the same day, it was reported that in the village of Mayskoye in the Bagrationovsky municipal district of the Kaliningrad region, bitumen ignited on the open site of a bitumen mastic workshop on an area of 150 square meters. m.
