The head of the Crimean Parliament called the seizure of a cargo ship by the SBU in the Black Sea piracy.

The seizure of a foreign vessel in the Black Sea by members of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) is a pirate prank. This was announced on April 26 by the head of the Crimean Parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov.

"It seems like this is the plot of one of the Pirates of the Caribbean episodes. But this is not a Hollywood blockbuster and another sea... Nevertheless, the piratical tricks of the Kiev regime have now been experienced by citizens and authorities of "one of the Asian countries," Konstantinov said in a Telegram channel message.

In addition, the head of the Crimean parliament called Ukrainian ports "pirate bases" and urged all foreign sailors to avoid them as underwater reefs. Konstantinov called this behavior of Ukraine unsurprising and noted that security deals in the Black Sea cannot be concluded with it, the "Газете.ги ".

On April 25, the SBU seized a ship flying the flag of an Asian country because it allegedly entered the port of Sevastopol. Ukrainian border guards conducted searches on board and seized navigation equipment and documents.
