One person was killed and two injured in a truck accident in Stavropol


On the highway at the entrance to Stavropol, a passenger car crashed into a refrigerated truck, killing one person and injuring two others. This was announced on April 26 by the press service of the Stavropol Territory State Traffic Inspectorate.
"According to preliminary data, on April 26 at about 18:20 Moscow time on the 7th km of the highway "Access to Stavropol from the Caucasus Federal District", the driver of the Faw car, starting from the curb, was not convinced of the safety of the maneuver and collided with a refrigerated truck that was traveling in the same direction from the city of Stavropol in in the direction of Nevinnomyssk," the agency said in a Telegram channel message.
The ministry clarified that the 35-year-old driver of the car died at the scene of the accident before the arrival of the ambulance crew. At the same time, the 24-year-old truck driver and passenger of the Faw car were hospitalized with injuries in Nevinnomyssk hospital.
Traffic police officers and an investigative task force are working at the scene of the accident. The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
On April 25, the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Republic of Bashkortostan reported that two people were killed in a collision between a passenger car and a KamAZ truck on the 2nd km of the Ufa-Inzer–Beloretsk highway. It was clarified that the victims were the driver and passenger of a passenger car.
