Actions against support for Ukraine were held in several German cities.


In Germany, several hundred people took part in a right-wing demonstration calling for the cessation of arms supplies to Ukraine. The protests were organized by the public initiative "Together for Germany". This was reported on April 26 by the German newspaper Bild.
"Thousands of right-wing demonstrations took place in several German cities on Saturday. Large police forces were deployed in many places," the newspaper said.
It is specified that according to law enforcement agencies, 300 participants participated in the protest in Berlin, mostly representatives of the right wing. About 500 people took part in the counter-demonstrations.
According to the publication, actions organized by the initiative group "Together for Germany" and counter-protests were held in other cities of Germany. So, a large-scale demonstration of the right took place in the city of Weimar (federal state of Thuringia). About 1.1 thousand activists took part in it, and about 850 people opposed them, the "Газете.ги ".
In Reutlingen (federal state of Baden—Württemberg), leftists clashed with the police, and law enforcement officers were forced to use pepper spray and batons. About 500 people took part in the demonstration of the right, and about 600 opposed them, the newspaper said.
In Karlsruhe (federal state of Baden—Württemberg), about 200 people took part in the demonstration, who met with more than 1.2 thousand counter-demonstrators from six different organizations. Demonstrations also took place in Dortmund and Balingen, according to the German edition.
The Tagesschau newspaper reported on April 19 that anti-war marches against further support for the Kiev regime took place in German cities, thousands of people took part in them. It was noted that the marchers also opposed the deployment of medium-range missiles by the United States in Germany and the increased pace of militarization of European countries.
