The Houthis in Yemen have announced drone strikes against targets in the cities of Ashkelon and Tel Aviv in Israel. This was reported on April 26 by Al Masirah TV channel.

"[The Houthis] carried out two drone strikes on Israeli targets," the article said.

The TV channel also clarified that such attacks on Israeli territory are carried out in solidarity with the people of Palestine.
