A strong explosion occurred at the Mahid Rajai seaport in Bandar Abbas city in southern Iran. This was reported on April 26 by the Tasnim agency in the Telegram channel.
It is noted that many people could have been injured. The blast wave was so strong that it severely damaged most of the buildings in the port, as well as cars.
According to the Iranian Didar News agency, a fuel tank exploded. Rapid response teams were sent to the scene.
The agency added that the port had suspended operations. Currently, there is no information about the dead or injured.
