The weather forecaster told about the weather in the south of Russia in the first days of May

Temperatures throughout the European part of the Russian Federation, including the Southern Federal District, will be below normal in the first days of May. This was announced on April 26 by Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, in an interview with RIA Novosti.

"Of course, there (in the south of Russia. — Ed.) there will be no frosts. Nighttime temperatures will be around +5... +7 degrees in the Krasnodar Territory, in the Crimea, in Stavropol. It's not hot during the day either: +13... +17 degrees," he said.

The forecaster added that such temperature values in the south of Russia will be about two to three degrees below normal for this period.

Earlier in the day, Wilfand warned of March temperatures in the European part of the Russian Federation over the weekend. In particular, according to him, on Sunday in Moscow it is expected to reach 0 degrees at night and from +3 to +8 degrees in the afternoon.
