The crews of Su-25 aircraft destroyed the armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the special operation zone

Crews of attack aircraft on Su-25 aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of responsibility of the Vostok group of forces. This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on April 26.

According to the ministry, the missile launches were carried out in pairs from low altitudes. At the same time, the Russian military performed a maneuver, releasing heat traps and returning to the departure airfield. Thus, as a result of combat use, the enemy's manpower and armored vehicles were destroyed.

"Our job is to ensure security and sovereignty. Every day, thanks to the professional work of many people, we successfully do our job. In any weather, at any time, where our support is needed. We will arrive and do everything that is required of us," said Alexander, the Su—25 pilot.

It is specified that after the sorties, the specialists of the engineering staff carried out routine maintenance work on aircraft and the preparation of aviation equipment for a second combat flight.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported on April 24 that the crews of the army aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed the armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the special operation. The ministry clarified that the strike group included Ka-52M Alligator, Mi-28NM Night Hunter and Mi-8 helicopters.
