Reuters has published a peace plan for Europe and Ukraine sent to Washington.

The peace plan of Ukraine and Europe to resolve the conflict has been sent to Washington. This was reported on April 25 by the Reuters news agency, referring to a document at its disposal.
It is clarified that the countries of the European Union (EU) and Kiev have proposed to conduct joint monitoring of the observance of the ceasefire under the leadership of the United States and with the support of third countries.
"Commit to a complete and unconditional cease-fire in the sky, on land and at sea...> Monitoring [of compliance with] the ceasefire under the leadership of the United States and with the support of third countries," the agency writes.
As stated in the publication, negotiations on the territories will begin with the definition of the line of control.
"Territorial issues will be discussed and resolved after a complete and unconditional ceasefire. Negotiations on the issue of territories will begin with the definition of the line of control," the document says.
The Washington Post newspaper, citing a source, reported on April 25 that representatives of European states are making progress in attempts to convince Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to give up part of the territories for a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. The article says that Kiev is ready to "accept" possible concessions and recognize Crimea as the territory of the Russian Federation if it is not required to legally confirm this.
