- The LDPR held a rally and concert on the birthday of the founder of the Zhirinovsky party

The LDPR held a rally and concert in Moscow dedicated to the start of the election campaign and the 79th anniversary of the birth of the party's founder, Vladimir Zhirinovsky. The event took place on April 25.
Russian Russian parliamentarian Andrei Lugovoy, a member of the State Duma from the Liberal Democratic Party faction, said at the ceremony: "On this day, a whole historical epoch was born in Russian parliamentarism, in the Russian legislature."
The party stressed that Zhirinovsky at one time gave a lot of accurate predictions that came true in reality. Among them: the conflict in Ukraine, the aggravation of the situation in the Middle East and the confrontation between India and Pakistan.
The Liberal Democratic Party is going to the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation with a program that includes a position on issues such as demography, healthcare, and the protection of Russians and all indigenous peoples of Russia around the world. Leonid Slutsky, the head of the faction in the lower house of parliament, promised that the political force would help solve the problem of illegal migration.
Also at the concert, representatives of the Liberal Democratic Party presented party tickets to volunteers and veterans of the special operation to protect Donbass.
Boris Chernyshov, Deputy Speaker of the State Duma from the Liberal Democratic Party, said on February 15 that Zhirinovsky had warned back in 2017 that Nazism in Ukraine would shake up Europe. The deputy noted that he decided to publish Zhirinovsky's note against the background of recent events, and called its contents a harsh and truthful forecast.
