By June 23, law enforcement officers arrested a resident of the Leningrad Region, born in 2005, who is suspected of murdering a policeman in Kingisepp. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the prosecutor's office of the region.

"Taking into account the position of the prosecutor, the Kingisepp City Court has chosen a preventive measure against the suspect in the form of detention until June 23, 2025 [of the year]," the report said.
