On April 25, Kursk residents took part in the international campaign "Dictation of Victory", which was held at the I. I. Ivanov Kursk State Agrarian University. According to Ekaterina Kharchenko, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Science and Higher Education, over 500 venues in the Kursk Region will bring together people of all ages to remember the history of the Great Patriotic War.
The dictation was attended by students of colleges, students of educational institutions, government officials, deputies, employees of departments and invited guests of honor.
"Everyone should unite in order to remember the history of the Great Patriotic War, to remember the history of their family, their great-grandfathers and their contemporaries. Because for us, for Kuryans, the history of the Great Patriotic War is not something long gone and forgotten, for us this memory is alive, because now, unfortunately, history repeats itself," Kharchenko said.
According to her, "Dictation of Victory" is held at Kursk State Agrarian University, because it is not only an educational organization where scientific results appear and professional personnel are trained, but also a place where "people are raised."
