In Yekaterinburg, a raid was carried out against citizens of neo-Nazi views

In Yekaterinburg, law enforcement agencies conducted a large-scale raid against citizens who hold neo-Nazi views. As a result, a large number of knives, brass knuckles, pepper cans and Nazi paraphernalia were seized. A source in the law enforcement agencies told Izvestia about this on April 25.
As a result, law enforcement agencies imposed an administrative violation against two residents of Yekaterinburg in accordance with 20.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Propaganda or public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, or paraphernalia or symbols of extremist organizations, or other paraphernalia or symbols, the propaganda or public display of which is prohibited by federal laws"). At the moment, the suspects have been arrested for 14 days.
"On the eve of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the intensity of such events in the region will increase significantly," the source said.
Earlier, on April 8, the head of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia, Alexander Bortnikov, said that since the beginning of this year, 47 terrorist crimes had been prevented, prepared with the participation of young people, including teenagers. In total, over the past three years, over 2.5 thousand young people have been arrested who have fallen under the influence of Ukrainian neo-Nazis and terrorist organizations.
