A selection of recommendations and routes for the May holidays appeared in the "Spring in Moscow" section of the Russpass travel service. The main part of them is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory, said Natalia Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of the capital.

"Residents and guests of the capital are invited to visit exhibitions in honor of May 9 in museums and parks, walk through historical sites that have preserved the memory of the Great Patriotic War, and learn about the exploits of the defenders of the Motherland," Sergunina said.

One of the central routes is "Memory is stronger than time: 80 years of the Great Victory." It includes visits to the Alexander Garden and the Grave of the Unknown Soldier, the Central Museum of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the obelisk "Moscow — Hero City" on Dorogomilovskaya Zastava Square and the "torn" house on Mokhovaya Street.

The Ruspass collection also includes the museum walk "The Story of the Great Victory". The route passes through the branch of the Victory Museum — the museum "Main Weapons Relics of the Army" ("G. O. R. A."), the State Museum of Defense of Moscow and the museum "Engines of War", which contains the world's largest collection of wheeled military equipment.

In addition, an audio tour of Victory Park is available in the service. The audience will be told about the Arc de Triomphe, the memorial "The Tragedy of Nations", famous historical figures and much more.

Russpass was developed on the initiative of the Moscow Government. The project is supervised by the City Tourism Committee of the capital together with the Department of Information Technology.
