More than 30 thousand . Victory volunteers were accompanied by the international campaign "Dictation of Victory"

In 2025, the international educational and patriotic campaign "Dictation of Victory" was held in the regions of Russia and abroad for the seventh time, organized by the organizing committee of the United Russia party "Our Victory". According to tradition, the Movement's volunteers organized the volunteer support of the action. The Victory volunteers took over the functions of accompanying the guests, monitoring compliance with the rules for writing Dictation and preparing printed materials. More than 30 thousand volunteers of the Movement took part in volunteer support of events throughout Russia and abroad.

"Youth is becoming the driving force behind the Dictation of Victory. Every year more and more children and young people take part in the campaign and test their knowledge. In addition, the younger generation participates in the organization. More than 30,000 Victory Volunteers are helping with the campaign both in Russia and in other countries. And this is not just a help and a test of knowledge — it is a living link between generations," said Olga Zanko, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee for the Development of Civil Society, Chairman of the Central Headquarters of the Volunteers of Victory Foundation.

The Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Gora became the central venue for the Victory Dictation. The Movement's volunteers accompanied the honored guests, organized a registration area, and monitored the course of the event. At the opening ceremony of the Victory Dictation, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the United Russia Party, addressed the participants of the Victory Dictation. The Victory Dictation launch ceremony was held in the format of a video bridge: greetings from the Kursk region, the Republic of Belarus, the People's Republic of China and the hero city of Sevastopol were heard on the central platform. According to good tradition, the start was given by a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, who addressed the audience in a video message format.

"Dictation of Victory" is not just a test of knowledge of history, it is our common contribution to preserving the memory of the heroic deed of the people. This year, in the 80th anniversary year of the Great Victory, the action takes on a special meaning. The Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Gora has become the main venue in Moscow, where everyone can test themselves, pay tribute to the Heroes and feel the connection of generations. More than 90 volunteers accompanied the action at the museum!" said Victoria Lotareva, coordinator of the regional branch of the Moscow Volunteers of Victory.

The volunteers of the Victory of the Altai Territory also accompanied the international educational and patriotic action. The Altai Regional Legislative Assembly became the central platform for writing the Dictation of Victory, where anyone could come to test their knowledge of the heroic deeds of our people.

The action was accompanied by Volunteers of Victory Nizhny Novgorod region. The dictation was held at the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin, where representatives of the regional government, as well as caring citizens of the region, gathered, ready to test their knowledge of the main historical events related to the history of our state.

The organization of volunteer support for the Dictation of Victory was also joined in the Belgorod region. The Movement's volunteers organized a meeting and navigation area for the event participants at the United Russia Public Support Headquarters, providing comfortable conditions for testing. "Dictation of Victory" was held in the Rostov region. As part of the campaign, participants were invited not only to test their knowledge of history, but also to express their support for those who are defending their Homeland today. The participants of the action wrote letters to the servicemen participating in the special military operation.

An international team of Victory Volunteers also joined the large-scale historical testing. For example, Victory volunteers from the International Representation of Australia accompanied the dictation at the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Sydney. The Consul General of the Russian Federation in Sydney, Zarina Feliksovna Gabieva, delivered a welcoming speech to the participants, emphasizing the importance of preserving the historical memory of the heroic pages of the Great Patriotic War. The action was also held in Ecuador, Serbia and Kyrgyzstan.

As part of the Victory Dictation campaign, Victory Volunteers, together with the United Russia party, will host the historic online game "Our Victory." On April 30, 2025, anyone can take part in an online game that will reveal to participants many interesting and little-known facts about the events of the Great Patriotic War, Heroes and their exploits.
