A student brought an airsoft grenade to school in Sevastopol, and four children were injured when it detonated. This was reported on April 25 in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol.

"A student from one of the city's schools brought an airsoft grenade to class, which led to an emergency situation. A grenade detonated during a group lesson in the assembly hall," the ministry said in a statement posted on its website.

It is specified that four children were injured. According to the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, law enforcement officers are investigating the circumstances of the incident and conducting an inspection.

Earlier, on April 17, a criminal case was opened into the attack of a 13-year-old teenager on a teacher with a hammer in Lyubertsy, Moscow region. As a result, the victim was hospitalized for medical treatment.

On the same day, the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Moscow region clarified that the blow landed in the head area when the teacher was standing with her back to the classroom and writing down an assignment on the blackboard.
