The agreement on the joint development of master plans for industrial cities and agglomerations was signed at the National Center "Russia" by the Director of Urban Environment Development HOUSE.Russian Federation Anton Finogenov and Tatiana Zhuravleva, CEO of the Melnichenko Foundation.

"The development of industrial cities is one of the most difficult tasks that requires an integrated approach. At the head of this process is a master plan aimed at retaining and attracting human capital, as well as developing small and medium-sized businesses. Specialists of the HOUSE.The Russian Federation and the Melnichenko Foundation will jointly work on technical tasks for the development of master plans, jointly participate in working groups, strategic sessions and meetings, as well as conduct expert evaluation of interim projects and final master plans.
