Military graves were put in order in Birobidzhan

In Birobidzhan, voluntary organizations have put military graves in order. The EAO Silver Volunteers, Victory Volunteers, joined the "WE remember, we are proud" campaign. They were assisted by employees of the Federal Tax Service.

IA EAOmedia clarifies that activists refine military graves every year before Victory Day. They clean up fallen leaves and debris on graves, cut down shrubs, sweep paths and paint fences.

Volunteer organizations are confident that it is important to hold such events, since many veterans no longer have relatives left. The organizer of the campaign "We remember, we are proud" is the regional integrated center for social services.

Earlier it was reported that the graves of those who built the city will be improved in Birobidzhan. This is the goal of the "They were the first" project, developed by the public organization "Preservation of the Historical Heritage of the EAO".
