This was announced by Alexey Leipi, Director of Sberbank's Domclick department, during the Domclick Digital Day conference in Vladivostok.

Among the key innovations is the introduction of an AI model for calculating the optimal rental price per night. The system analyzes a variety of parameters, including prices for similar properties and seasonal demand.

Also, homeowners have access to expanded information about potential tenants, including booking history and verification status through the "Savings ID".

According to the company, the service automatically insures real estate for the duration of the guests' stay.
