King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands said that the country must "arm itself to the teeth" in order to live in peace and security. This was reported on April 24 by the Algemeen Dagblad newspaper.

"We really need to prepare and arm ourselves to the teeth in order to continue living in peace and security," Willem-Alexander said.

Also, according to him, the Netherlands "took it for granted too much" that there would always be freedom and peace in the country.
