The Houthi leader claimed 16 attacks in a week on Israel and US ships.


The Houthis from the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement launched 16 attacks against Israel in a week, as well as against US warships in the Red and Arabian Seas. This was reported on April 22 by Al-Masirah TV channel.
"This week, our forces conducted seven operations using drones and ballistic missiles in occupied Palestine, including in Haifa, which came as a surprise to the enemies," the publication quoted Houthi leader Abdel Malik al-Houthi as saying.
He added that the Houthis had carried out nine attacks on aircraft carriers and other US ships in a week. They involved 27 cruise missiles and drones.
According to the publication, over the past week, the United States has carried out more than 260 air strikes on the territory of Yemen.
On April 22, the Houthis in Yemen reported attacks on the American aircraft carriers Harry Truman and Carl Vinson, as well as their accompanying warships. In addition, an American MQ–9 drone was shot down by a homemade surface-to-air missile near the coast of Hajjah province.
The next day, representatives of the Ansar Allah movement announced strikes on vital targets in Israeli Tel Aviv and Haifa. He clarified that the strikes were carried out using ballistic missiles.
