Employees of Rosneft's subsidiaries operating in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug and Tyumen Region held a rally in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Victory, the company's press service said. The cars decorated with the Victory Banner covered 1,418 km — this distance corresponds to the number of days that the Great Patriotic War lasted.

The action started in Novy Urengoy. At the Memorial Square, the participants laid flowers at the Eternal Flame and unfurled a huge St. George ribbon. Participants of the Energy of Talents Festival and students of Rosneft classes performed the song Katyusha. Then a column of domestic cars went to the city of Gubkinsky, where employees of local Rosneft companies, together with participants of the rally, marched along the central street to the Eternal Flame, where they honored the memory of the heroes with a minute of silence. The third city along the route of the rally was the city of Nefteyugansk. The participants of the action brought the Victory Banner to the monument to the Soldier-Liberator, one of the oldest memorials in the city, where flowers were laid.

Having overcome the final stage of the route, the participants of the rally finished in the capital of the Tyumen region. To the accompaniment of wartime songs, a convoy led by retro cars and motorcycles decorated with symbols of the 80th anniversary of Victory drove through the streets of Tyumen. The participants of the action were met at the Memorial Square by veterans, as well as employees of Tyumenneftegaz, Kharampurneftegaz, RN-Uvatneftegaz and the corporate scientific Institute. The participants honored the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War with a minute of silence and laid flowers at the Eternal Flame.
