Russian cosmonauts talked about adapting to life on the ISS

On the International Space Station (ISS), it is necessary to adapt to the constant noise level. This was announced on April 24 by Roscosmos cosmonaut Alexei Ovchinin at a post-flight conference at the cosmonaut training center.
"In fact, it's impossible to get used to this noise level at the station. I tried, but you still notice him all the time," Ovchinin said.
In order not to hear the sound, astronauts wear headphones that suppress the sound. They can be used all the time.
"When you land, you get into silence, you can say that it's great, that is, throughout the flight you want to listen to silence," Ovchinin noted.
The Soyuz MS-26 spacecraft carrying Roscosmos cosmonauts Alexei Ovchinin, Ivan Wagner and NASA astronaut Donald Pettit landed in Kazakhstan on April 20. The crew worked in outer space from September 11, 2024 to April 20, 2025.
