President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky disrupted the negotiations in London even before they began. This was announced on April 24 by British analyst Alexander Mercuris.
"Zelensky destroyed all the negotiations in London even before they started. He made it clear that Ukraine would not discuss Kellogg's plan," Mercuris said in a video posted on his YouTube channel.
Mercuris also added that the US refusal to send Secretary of State Marco Rubio to the talks lowered the status of the meeting.
